Unable to find the filter because it was not fitted. Staff tried hard for an hour to find it. Used computer and several staff before coming to the conclusion that this car SHOULD have a filter but it was never fitted at the factory building stage

Shocking customer service. They promise to wash and vac your car with every service, but when we turned up to collect our car they hadn't even touched it. After a bit of pushing from us all they did was run the hose quickly over it, no washing and no vac.
