Unhelpful appointment system (you can't make one), telephone is frequently unanswered. If you need to reschedule an appointment (which they made for you at their convenience, not yours) then the wait is often months. When I finally managed to move dentists, my experience was night and day.I'd think long and hard before using this place.
Absolutely A1 practice, after having years of anxiety going to dentist ,i feel totally at ease now. Wonderful friendly staff
In short a DUMP. Unhelpful, sour and inefficient staff. That includes them all. I couldn't find an option for zero stars.
Clearly dont care about their patients as I was told it was tough that they didnt have any emergency appointments! I have also been scheduled for works that were completely unnecessary and I feel that not one of the members of staff actually listens to patients! Completely useless, would not recommend!
