I phoned in the morning, given an appointment on the same day and could pick up my medication from the Pharmacy. - superb.It a week just to talk to my doctor at my last practice!
I have been a patient at this Surgery for 18 years and on the very few occasions I have attended the Practise, I have always received first class treatment from the GP's and all of the Staff.Like everything else in life, they suffer the odd hiccup, nothing Major.None of us is perfect.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nearly impossible to see the doctor, when you do get to see them they do nothing to help. Pharmacy closed from 12.30-1.30 everyday. Would not recommend for anyone to go here.

Over the years the doctors, nurses and other staff of Widdrington Surgery have looked after my family with care and understanding. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Our children who are now grown up and living out of the area cannot understand why their new services are poor in comparison.
