Great service great food well done ..
I went yesterday, for a meal with my partner and daughter at 5pm. As its re opened, always been my favourite restrante till today. I ordered seafood pasta but I can only eat prawns so I asked for it to be just prawn because the old pasta was beautiful tiger prawns. I was told that they only had small prawns so Id be charged a extra 6 the meal came out freezing we werent offered any black pepper or Parmesan till our meal was finished. The prawns were foul, my partner ordered meatball pasta, It described in the menu that they were homemade meatballs, Ive had a better smart price readymeal, they literally looked like squashed up Mince and tasted like sweaty feet in hienz tomato soup.. and my Daughter who is 2 couldnt even eat the Bolognese.. and the pizza looked like a frozen pizza. For being the best restraint in Morpeth to being the worst food Ive ever had in my life.. wouldnt of even fed my dog it. Wouldnt recommend doing to anyone I paid 40 For this disgrace definitely got to be a new chef the food was never like this. Was always lovely
Garlic prawn starter was amazing, but the pizza was absolutely terrible. Could have got better from Pizza Pizza. Not impressed. Nice atmosphere though.
Lovely food but long wait, order did not go into the kitchen! Unfortunately one of the waiters needs some Lynx!!!!
Service started off good, although I was disappointed that both of the draft lagers were off as soon as we arrived on a busy Saturday night. Service then quickly took a nose dive as we weren't told about today's specials (which I would have gotten). Matters were made worse as I had to ask for the bill 3 times, asking 3 different people and waiting a total of 25 minutes just to leave the place! It would be a 1 star review if it wasn't for the Mussel pasta being so good.
