Cannot Thank Allanah enough customer services caused me a week long headache and she tried and successfully over that period at fixed it ...Lovely young lady .
A couple years my wife and popped in here to setup a new sim for her. This happened but what they didn't do, which they said they would, was stop my payments for the original one. Two years on I've paid the nearly 500 for a phone I havent used. They have admitted fault but have refused to refund. Im moving to BT , if your thinking of using O2 remember your just a number, very disappointed in the service.
