We had to unfortunately have our much loved cat put to sleep. The vet and the team were superb: they were patient, empathetic and handled a very upsetting situation with a huge amount of care and empathy. My 9 year old daughter had insisted on coming to the vets and wanted to be there for the cat. The vet explained the situation to me and then to my daughter in a way which helped her understand what was happening. We were never rushed and the vet was kind and considerate throughout. The reception staff were also excellent and helped us with getting things sorted and having a private room to talk through the decision. The service both during the visit and afterwards has been above and beyond expectations.This is the only vet practice I will ever use now and I can't recommend them highly enough.
