M&S store with small stock range due to limited floorspace. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good food hall. Ladies loos are ghastly, please get it sorted!
It's a handy small M & S, saves going into Newcastle. Always slow to be served at the pay desks. Staff always friendly. What's happened to the quality of the clothing though...Designs look cheap, knitted material is very cheap, poor quality. It seems it's only the underwear depts, that continue offering a decent selection. Cafe is good, the only place in Morpeth that I will drink tea!
